SCP- #413-13c
OBJECT CLASS: Formerly EUCLID. Currently raised to KETER (Dr. [ REDACTED ] requests subject demoted to EUCLID status, request denied)
SPECIAL CONTAINMENT PROCEDURES: #413-13c is to be detained in a 10 x 10 room and provided adequate furnishings and reading materials that adhere to SCP Foundation standards. Subject is not permitted outside containment unit. Animals are not permitted within 30 ft of Area ██████ due to subject 413-13a abilities.

Subject is to be kept on a strict diet of vegetation. Subject does not eat meat and has shown to be visibly upset when presented with a carnivious diet.

[ DATA EXPUNGED ] is to be pumped into subject's chamber to dull his abilities. Subject is not to be made aware of this, Physician ██████ believes that he may possess abilities similar to [ DATA EXPUNGED ] to a lesser degree.
DESCRPTION: Subject 413-13c is a grey skinned, yellow eyed male humanoid of extra-terrestrial origin belonging to species 413-13. Subject possesses the largest horns recorded of species, jutting out horizontally rather than vertically resembling that of the adult male of the species Bos taurus species. Subject's horns have been removed due to complaints from staff. Subject is said to be low on the "hemospectrum" [ Dr. [ REDACTED ] observed from subject 413-13j that this is the caste system of it's home planet ], running hotter than the others and requiring more nutrition.

Subject's irises were originally recorded as a flat grey color but as subject approaches maturity they have become a brown color, matching the color of the subjects oxygenation blood. Species has been noted to have Haemolacria.

413-13c displays above-average upper body strength and weak legs. 13c has thick scar tissue over chest and waist that can be followed through. Healed damage to the spinal column was noted in biopsy. 13c does not possess the immortality of 13b, extensive experimentation is not advised.

Possesses the ability to psychically control animals from any distance and is capable of controlling innumerable creatures at the same time. 13c is to wear tele-kill braces on what remains of his horns to prevent an incident like 13d from repeating. Subject is noted to be willing to assist and docile, classed only due to psychic abilities.

████████████ has noted that species 413-13 is a hermaphroditic species, possessing both male and female genitalia. [ Dr. [ ██████ ] has expressed interest in attempting to breed members of this species. ]

NOTE: After an incident noted in report 000-413c7 subject has been made parapalegic. Additional care has been given to subject.

Due to 413-13c's short lifespan termination upon reaching maturity has been advised and is currently being considered if subject is not capable of breeding.

Item: Examination of subject’s psychic abilities.
Procedure: Subject placed in a room with small rodents, supervised.
Result: Subject was able to control all 42 rats without effort. Subject expressed distress upon noting injury upon several of the rats. █████ has made note to have healthier subjects available henceforth.
Result: Further testing pending.

Item: Examination of subject’s psychic abilities.
Procedure: Subject placed in a room with 30 large rabbits, 2 cats and a canine. Supervised.
Result: Subject exceeded expectation. Could control all animals effortlessly. Subject requested to keep one, request denied. Subject was then asked to control several large animals outside the building. Four horses and an elephant were reported dancing.

Item: Examination of subject’s psychic abilities.
Procedure: Subject was tasked with controlling KETER class creature. [ DATA EXPUNGED ]
Result: Subject exceeded expectation. Staff is alarmed. No further testing to be done. Changes to subject's containment have been made.

Item: REMOVAL OF HORNS. Subject "accidentally" gored Dr. ██████ who requested their immediate removal.
Procedure: Subject was anesthetized and horns were removed.
Result: 413-13c was noted to be unable to balance without horns. Subject fell ill and remained so for several days before recovering. Stumps have been capped with titanium to prevent further growth.

Item: EXPLORATORY SURGERY.
Procedure: Subject was anesthetized and underwent extensive surgery to investigate how species 413 differs from homo sapiens.
Result: 413-13c woke up halfway through surgery. Anesthesia was not enough for long procedure. After being put back under subject went into shock. Experiment was halted for subjects safety, another planned using 413-13b instead. Her regenerative abilities greatly exceed his own.

Item: REMOVAL OF [ REDACTED ]. Upon reaching maturity subject pupated and displayed a strange mutation unseen in the others. Mutation removed for further investigation.
Procedure: Subject was given heavier doses of anesthesia than in 413C6. [ REDACTED ] were removed.
Result: Incident during surgery in which 13C's weak spinal column was damaged. Subject cannot stand for long periods of time. 413-13C was inconsolable afterwords. Subject reportedly stated that it was the worst that could be done to him. Subject now no longer co-operating with physicians.

Termination has been requested if breeding proves futile. Awaiting approval.

SCP- #413-0000B3
OBJECT CLASS: KETER.
SPECIAL CONTAINMENT PROCEDURES: 413-0000b3 is to be detained in a shatterproof containment unit, 6x6 feet and sealed except in the occasion of direct supervision. Subject is allowed no possessions which could be used as a weapon. Furnishings previously provided but removed after an incident taking place in CASE 0B43-2. Social interactions to be monitored remotely at all times. Subject is not permitted outside the containment facility.

All clocks have been removed from 413-0000b3's immediate area and are to be withheld, as the subject shows agitation when one is present. Further, subject is to be detained by way of leashing and binding when in transport between facilities in order to discourage [ DATA EXPUNGED ], similar in nature to subject 413-0000a4.

413-0000b3 currently under consideration for further containment given numerous escape attempts and the subject's ability to appear in multiple places at once. Solitary confinement advised per Dr. ██████'s suggestion, but not implemented.
DESCRPTION: 413-0000b3 is a young male human, blond with numerous sun spots covering the skin. Caucasian, albinism suspected but later disproved; eyes shown to be heavily pigmented and merely an unusual shade. Height recorded upon arrival: 5 feet, 7 inches. Weight recorded upon arrival: 134 pounds. Subject seen to be wearing tinted eyewear at all times. Attempts to remove eyewear have been met with aggression. Other features average, common for subject of this age, race and body type.

DNA analysis shows relation to subjects 413-0000b2, 413-0000a3 and 413-0000a4.

Subject possesses manipulation of temporal flow, controlled by use of [ DATA EXPUNGED ]; have been removed from subject's possession. Ability to replicate himself noted; subject may [ DATA EXPUNGED ], no longer capable without use of [ DATA EXPUNGED. ] (SEE CASE DATA: 0B43-3, 0B43-4, 0B43-5.)

Subject noted to be capable of movement faster than the trained eye. Video recordings indicate potential teleportation. Restraints applied to reduce movement.

FOLLOW-UP INTERVIEW
Summary: 413-0000b3 seated at a table, declined food and water. Subject appears agitated but maintains neutral disposition. Following [ DATA EXPUNGED ], subject become aggressive toward questioner and upended the table, [ DATA EXPUNGED ] until restrained and tranquilized. Upon awaking, subject proceeded to destroy furnishings inside containment area and was restrained a second time so that they could be removed.

EXAMINATION OF ABILITIES
Summary: 413-0000b3 placed in shatterproof containment unit. Subject was instructed to replicate previous experiments for consistency but became belligerent. Attempts to restrain subject were made when [ DATA EXPUNGED ], causing harm to examiners. Subject restrained and tranquilized. [ DATA EXPUNGED ] appeared deceased when approached after subject was detained. Containment procedures upgraded to Class A. Object class increased from EUCLID to KETER.

Isolation suggested, pending approval.
